Meet the Leadership Behind the Company

Sal Fusco is the owner and driving force behind After Hours Events of New England. Raised in an Italian household surrounded by music, Sal developed a lifelong appreciation for diverse musical styles.

Today, his music collection exceeds 250,000 song titles across Adult Contemporary, Christian, Jazz, Latin, Country, Pop, Rock, Hip Hop, and more. His experience spans from 1930s classics to today’s top hits.

Sal has performed at over 5,500 events, including more than 3,500 weddings. With over 42 years of hands-on experience, he knows how to deliver fun, elegance, excitement, and relaxation — all tailored to each couple’s vision.

He strongly stands by the company motto:
“Making Your Dream Reception A Reality.”

Sal uses professional-grade sound systems with fully wired backup equipment ready to operate instantly. His preparation ensures that almost any technical issue can be resolved seamlessly. Protecting his couples’ special day is always his highest priority.

The After Hours DJ Team

Behind every unforgettable event is a team of seasoned professionals. Our DJs are skilled entertainers, confident emcees, and experienced coordinators who understand how to personalize every celebration.

JR’s musical journey began in childhood through choir performance and continued with voice studies at Holyoke Community College. His commercial voice-over work for radio stations in Hartford and Springfield sharpened his microphone presence.

Coming from a family of musicians, Mike’s roots are deeply tied to live performance. Starting as a drummer in an Italian wedding band at age 16, he later performed throughout the tri-state area in bands and at large events.

Born and raised in Newport, Rhode Island, Chris brings versatility and precision to every event. With over two decades of professional experience across RI, MA, and CT, he specializes in open-format DJing.

Carlos began his DJ career in the Bronx, NY, transitioning from house DJ to club scene performer in the late 80s and 90s. He brings high energy and a deep knowledge of music spanning oldies to today’s chart-toppers.

DJ Jagger adds personality and charm to the After Hours brand. Known for his growing social presence under TikTok handle @dj_jagger_the_doodle, Jagger represents the spirit of fun and celebration that defines our team.
